Shock Testing:

Shenandoah Laboratories has been providing Medium Weight (Hi-Impact) shock testing per MIL-S-901 since 1965. Its certified facilities are located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia near Interstate 64 and 81. The testing facility is now under the ownership of US Joiner LLC and continues to provide shock testing services for commercial and military customers.

Surface Flammability Test and Non-Combustibility Test

In addition to shock testing, Shenandoah Laboratories performs Surface Flammability Test per IMO FTP Code Part 5, ASTM E 1317 & E 1321, Non-Combustibility Test per IMO FTP code PART 1, and Vibration Test per MIL-STD-167. These tests are performed for screening, research and development purposes. Test screenings save time, money and embarrassment by pre-testing your products before performing certified test at approved United States Coast Guard facilities such as Underwriters Laboratories or Southwest Research Institute.
